How do I verify a broker?
On web, iOS, and Android
You can quickly search in the app or on our website by selecting Verify Broker on the Invoice tab. If the broker isn’t listed, you can request a new broker and one of our representatives will assist you.
What does it mean if a broker is not eligible for factoring?
Their unpaid invoices are not eligible for factoring
If a broker isn’t approved, it generally means they have a lower comprehensive industry rating. Even if they aren’t eligible for factoring, Outgo will still invoice on your behalf. You just won’t be able to factor that broker’s unpaid invoices.
What does it mean if a broker is eligible for factoring?

Approval indicates a broker’s overall trustworthiness and history of paying on time. If a broker has a satisfactory industry credit rating, they are eligible for factoring.
Are there any fees associated with brokers?
There are no fees associated with brokers
We don't charge customers for any fees related to a specific brokers, for example, some factoring companies charge a Check Processing Fee if the broker pays via Check rather than ACH. Learn more about our Rates & fees
What happens if I can’t find the broker I’m looking for?
Request their info
If you can’t find your broker, they may still be approved. Request a new broker and one of our representatives will get back to you shortly with their factoring eligibility. Even if they aren’t eligible for factoring, we’ll still invoice on your behalf.
